Every bag passes seven checks
From the size to the handle strength, before dispatch — because after loading there is nothing left to correct.
- 01Dimensional checkWidth, gusset and height against the ordered size; a deviation stops the batch.
- 02Print qualityPlate marks, registration and density. Where detail drops out of a photographic image shows here.
- 03Colour consistencyAgainst the brand colour, or against Pantone where one was given. The start and the end of a run are compared.
- 04Glue-line qualitySide seam and base. On a bag meant for heavy goods the base tires before the body does.
- 05Handle strengthHow the twisted handle holds to the body under load. What is looked for is not where the handle breaks but where the paper tears.
- 06Carton and packing checkCount, stacking and protective packaging. A carton counted wrong here is counted at the customer.
- 07Final inspection before dispatchBy sample from the batch: after loading there is nothing left to correct.
